Hey there, I'm CJ, a portrait and travel photographer based in Tokyo, Japan.

I love exploring new places and capturing their beauty through my lens. I've been fortunate to travel extensively in Japan and all over the world, having lived abroad in Japan (11 years), Australia (4 years), and the UK (1 year).

Photography has always been a passion of mine, but it wasn't until I started traveling that I really fell in love with it. I began as a freelance travel photographer and eventually transitioned into portrait photography. I love being able to capture natural, candid moments and turn them into cinematic works of art.

My photography style is about authenticity. I believe that the best photos come when people are having fun and enjoying the moment. I aim to capture the essence of every person and place I photograph, and I take great care in ensuring that each shot tells a unique story.
